I absolutely adore the chicken burger. Whether it's a chicken mayo, a chicken sandwich, or a chicken shop chicken burger, it's just perfect. 2. The chips are cooked perfectly, each one is a delight. I like to lightly drizzle mine with burger sauce, but even plain, the chips are delicious. 3. The facilities were a bit of a challenge for someone like me who is 5'4", with most of my height in my legs and arms. The fancy stools were a bit low for me, but the gentleman behind the counter kindly showed me adjustable chairs to the side. This made me feel taller and allowed me to enjoy my meal comfortably. 4. The service is top-notch. The young gentleman who has served us a few times always goes the extra mile. He is welcoming and attentive, making sure we have everything we need like sauce and napkins. After we finish eating and take a moment to digest, he always wishes us safe travels and is grateful for the chance to satisfy our cravings. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience.

I called to explain the issue, but was first hung up on and then told they would call back. When they did, a rude man with no customer service skills argued with my husband, even though he could prove the delivery was incorrect. We ended up walking to the restaurant and the man still insisted on arguing. We got a refund and ordered from our usual pizza delivery place. This restaurant had the chance to gain new customers and referrals, but lost it due to the arrogance of one person. I will never use them again. I recommend trying the place next door, Home Slice, or any other local pizza joint instead.

Normally my husband is the on... read more After recommending a great pizza delivery service near our home to friends and family, we were disappointed with today's delivery. Normally my husband is the one who orders, but this time we ordered the same pizza with thin crust and extra chili, only to receive a thick pizza without any chili. The cheese was so thick that we could play Jenga with the slices. We were missing the seasoning, rosemary, and spice that we were used to from this place. Unfortunately, we couldn't leave a review on the website or confirmation email, so we're sharing our experience here. The price isn't cheap at Red Planet, but they had been consistent in the past. However, this time it seemed like there may have been a different chef or a problem with their website. The quality seemed to have dropped in favor of cost. It took 50 minutes for the delivery to arrive, which was another inconvenience. My husband suggests giving them another chance, but I'm still unsure.
