The restaurant has a well-designed space and serves delicious food but is consistently marred by poor service. Diners have complained about rubbery skewers, flavorless dishes, and inefficiencies, and some have even experienced rushed orders and dirty bathrooms. On the positive side, Leziz offers a relaxed ambiance, interesting menu, and tasty dishes like lamb shank and sea bass. The staff, while friendly, can be inconsistent in their service. With good value for money, it's a mixed bag for diners who may enjoy the food but be put off by service issues. It's a spacious and inviting option with room for improvement.

I am lucky to have a Turkish friend who tells me about the best Mediterranean restaurants in Dalston.

Stopped in here for a pre-theatre dinner before heading to the Arcola Theatre. Lovely rustic place, with a homely feel.

A very nice modern restaurant in this relatively new development.

I have been half a dozen times to Leziz. Why? It is spacious and inexpensive and the food is spot on. It has the trappings of a modern restaurant with all the welcoming touches of a Turkish family business nice tiles, quirky art, clean loos and an interesting menu. If you sit by the window you get to watch the coming and goings of the busy square. Or you can sit outside. The ambiance is relaxed. I like it a lot. I regularly have the lamb shank eating it provokes me to write all the usual cliché stuff: beautifully cooked; falls off the bone; stunning flavours. The sea bass is another favourite. The side salads are tasty. And the fresh mint tea is a perfect way to finish. The staff are friendly and reasonably attentive; they seem to do better when they are busy the number of diners keeps their attention, somehow. When diners are few in number the staff descend into giddiness daft dancing, lip synching and shouting for each others' attention across the restaurant ensue. Tiresome. A main course, a salad and a drink comes to about £18. Good value, would be even better if the impromptu cabaret was ditched.

This restaurant offers a variety of menu options including buffet, set menu, and a la carte, providing diners with plenty of choices. The traditional Turkish dishes are reasonably priced and taste delicious, and are served by a friendly staff.
