Was Deborah “Gourmet Mermaid Shopper” at Thru Bean Cool a mag?
This charming little cafe in Highland Village is perfect for those looking to work on their laptops in a distraction-free environment. They offer an impressive selection of coffee options to satisfy any preference. I opted to skip the pound cake and various breakfast items since I'm trying to lose weight. The atmosphere is pleasantly cool, and the decor is inviting. The tables and couches are arranged with enough spa... View all feedback.

What Monica Rodriguez dislikes about Thru Bean Cool:
I really enjoy the coffee here, but I can't keep up with the frequent changes in hours. How can a coffee shop be closed from Monday to Thursday? It's quite absurd. Update: It's Friday, and you're closed! How is it possible to close your business for an event on one of the few days you're actually supposed to be open? I even checked your website and Instagram before heading over there, and there was no indication that... View all feedback.

The sign that states that All Baking Is Done On Premises... is not true I questioned each baked item and was told that not only some items are made elsewhere, they were not even fresh. A few minutes later, selling this item to another customer, the server did not inform him it was not fresh. Second point: the bread used in sandwiches is not described so, take a guess and you will be disappointed... The server lost my order, I ended up walking without my salad. Last point: the server should be wearing a mask. I will not be back.

Cute little spot in Panther Valley. Has some really great looking food items listed on the menu board. Stopped by and tried the Cobb salad(no avocado amazing vinegarette. Also had the Dijon egg salad sandwich. Both were fantastic! My daughter had the Caesar salad and the breakfast sandwich. She loved them. (Dressing was good, just a bit overpowering for her on the fish side. she also loves the strawberry smoothie with oatmilk, chia, and flax. And of course don't forget to get a sweet treat on the way out, because the food fills you up pretty well. Cake balls and the raspberry peach vanilla cake were really tasty.

I love coming to this sweet little spot on my break! The employees are all lovely, the food is always delicious, and the baked goods (made in house with LOVE) are always phenomenal and great to bring to parties!

Very cute little spot. Wasn't from the area so I decided to stop in while my boyfriend was at a coin show. Food was delicious and the service was great. Had a couple tables to sit and hang out, glad I had my laptop on me at the time.

This is one of our favorite places in town to pick up lunch or delicious desserts and coffee hot chocolate. All of their food is made there. We love their desserts so much we have had them make cakes to order for special occasions. Depending on how busy they are, because most of the salads and sandwiches are all made to order, you may have to wait a bit. But the fresh food is worth it. Their hot chocolate doesn't come from a powder so if you want a rich but not too sugary treat, try one this winter. My personal favorites are the seasonal soups, chili and the Cry Baby roast beef sandwich. The cupcakes, cake pops, cakes (esp the chocolate and peanut butter one) , scones, pop tart like pastry and others are all fantastic too.
