First I want to apologize to the entire staff from Wednesday morning (Daisy and Abby were just 2 of the names I was able to get ... I hope you were able to get through the rest of your day. I pulled up to the drive thru that morning and asked for an extra special pup cup since it would be my OGs last one. By the time I pulled up to the window, it seems as though the entire staff was waiting for us and had an entire operation ready for him. Cup and marker in hand, Abby asked for his name, Daisy came over to chat with me and console me while I waited. (Sorry about your bunny . I watched the entire staff scrambling to get all the extra special goodies they were adding in for my Deogee. They came over and handed it to me with tears in their eyes, consoling me and even offered to take some pictures of Deogee and I with his pup cup. They wouldn't take my tip. (I'll be back . I am forever grateful to you all for making his last morning so special and giving us memories for a lifetime. Starbucks, you have a great team here.

I'm writing this review because I've experienced this issue more than six times. Frequently, when I use the app to order ahead, I find the cafe is closed, and I have to go through the drive-thru, where I end up waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes to pick up my order. Can someone explain how that makes sense? I order ahead to avoid waiting because I'm often short on time. The staff is friendly, but if you're understaffed, it would be better to remove the option to order ahead. I'm really disappointed.

Finally, the atmosphere, even in a takeout setting, was pleasant and inviting. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal at an affordable price!

I would prefer to go out of my way than visit this Starbucks. Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.
