Reviews - Quickchek
Reviews summary
QuickChek offers a mix of customer experiences, with many praising the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, particularly for morning coffee and quick deli items. However, some negative feedback highlights issues with food quality, specifically dry rolls and inadequate customer service. While the sandwiches can be tasty, consistency seems to vary. Despite these downsides, patrons appreciate the cleanliness and convenience of the location. QuickChek remains a solid option for quick bites and essentials, though improvements in food preparation and employee training would enhance the overall dining experience.

I recently visited Quickchek and picked up some emperor rolls to take home. Sadly, they were dry and undercooked, especially from the Main Street location in Hackettstown, NJ. I hope to have a better experience next year!
Every time I visit Quickchek, the staff is consistently rude. I don’t come often, but whenever I do, their behavior is unfriendly towards everyone. They openly make inappropriate comments about customers while working at the sandwich counter. During my last visit, I saw two women making unpleasant remarks about an elderly woman who was having trouble using the machine. Even after she switched to another machine, they continued to speak about her disrespectfully. Clearly, this place needs to train their employees in customer service and basic respect.
Clean and well-run establishment. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with extra ketchup, and the lady made it perfectly and served it quickly. Visited at 7:25 AM on Friday, 9/17/21. Highly recommend—much better than the places on Route 517!
QuickChek is located in Netcong New Jersey has great soups (The chilli is a must try). Excellent sub sandwiches and a large beer, wine and liquor selection also. Neat, clean and friendly service. With reasonable prices !!!

I ordered a sandwich with oil and vinegar, but it came without any dressing. To add to the disappointment, the roll was broken in multiple spots, making it really difficult to pick up and enjoy my sandwich.
The sandwich was extremely dry, lacking any oil or vinegar. Moreover, the roll was fragmented in several places, resembling a jigsaw puzzle. It was challenging to pick up and eat. On a positive note, the meat was tasty, so I used some ingredients I had at home to enhance the meal.

Yep! Rolls are still nasty! Gave them smith try the other night by just getting Kaiser rolls to bring home and they were doughy and under baked from the Main Street Hackettstown, NJ location. Maybe I?ll try again next year!
Been going here for years for my morning coffee, and to pickup items I need in a pinch. I have also used their Deli for sandwiches, and soups. Everything is very good. Also, a nice staff that gets the job done efficiently every time I visit.
Without fail every single time I come here the employees are so rude. I don?t come too often but when I do they?re rude to EVERYONE. They talk about the customers right at the sandwich counter without any shame. This time I witnessed the two woman whorudely yelled an older woman having trouble with the machine to move to another one. Even when the new one she moved to wasworking, then proceeded to talk about her. Very very rude. This particular quick check needs to teach their employees customerservice and just human respect.
