Cold Stone Creamery - Hackettstown

I stopped by at 9:20 PM to get a milkshake, but the back counter appeared to be already cleaned up. When I asked for a shake, I was told that they couldn't make one because the milk had curdled. I'm having a hard time believing that excuse, especially since the place doesn't close until 10 PM.

Everyone who was there knows how amazing this place is! I want to give a shoutout to my coworker Cassidy. I accidentally left my wallet, which had money in it, and didn't even realize it was gone. Cassidy found it, located my ID, and even took the time to come to my house to return it. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and honesty!

I really enjoy Cold Stone, but every time I've visited this particular location, they've been out of chocolate ice cream. It's frustrating because I only eat that flavor, and it seems odd that they never have it available. The staff doesn't provide any assistance or suggest other options either. On one occasion, I was so frustrated that I was about to leave when I decided to check their freezer—and luckily, I found some chocolate pints inside. However, they really should be informing customers about the other options available!

They close each evening before their booked closing time. my wife and I went to the desert at 8:30 a.m., the doors were locked and the sent closing time was 9:30. this happened earlier, but it was close enough that I didn't think much of it.
