The estimated wait changed from 15 minutes... read more This was my first time placing an order, and I experienced quite a wait for the app to update me on my delivery time. The estimated wait changed from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, and then back to 30 minutes again. I received a call from the owner, Jay (or possibly Jae?), who kindly assured me that my order was ready, but it turned out that the delivery driver had left without picking it up. I appreciate the owner's effort to reach out— as a small business owner of a martial arts academy, I understand how important it is to not be judged for circumstances beyond our control. Once I finally received my food, I was thrilled to discover it was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be ordering again!
