Wawa - Hackensack

I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and my drink was ready in a few minutes, however, it took them 30 minutes to prepare my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Other customers who arrived after me received their orders before me, and when I inquired about my order, they said they didn't even see it or make it. I was extremely disappointed and felt like my time was wasted.

The food is always fresh and delicious at this restaurant, even if some items may cause digestive issues. It's definitely worth it!

The service was quick. I ordered the seasonal turkey sandwich, but they skimped on the turkey and added more filling than other Wawa locations where I've ordered it before.

Terrible. Always wait for an order. Place an order through your app. Said my order was ready until 12:20. I put the order at 12:02. Not bad. I'll look up at 12:30 and order is not ready. Okay, no big deal. I was wondering if they started and were told? they weren't there yet? 12:45 they hadn't started yet. I just ordered a sandwich! I just left without getting anything. Hardly disabled and very rude workers. Definitely not where near Lodi Wawa Service.

The Staff is friendly but its very irritating when ordering what I want which is the grilled chicken they never make enough for the day and let you know after paying, out of so many times of me coming here I think I successfully tasted there grilled chicken twice, if grilled chicken is what u sell out of most make enough to share the wealth throughout the entire day wawa!! I guess I got to start choosing Quick Check over you guys at least I 'll have my grilled chicken when I want it! Unsatisfied customer.
