We stood there and waited for 10 minutes afte... read more After ordering my drink my mom and I noticed that the people who ordered after us were getting their drinks first. We stood there and waited for 10 minutes after a while when the worker finally got to my drink she started it then put it aside. Then she kept on pouring the drink out. My mom told the cashier who was helping her that the lady clearly didn’t know how to make my drink. The lady said “ On no the only reason why you are waiting is for the decaf.” My mom said “no I watched the lady pour out her drink 3 times.” My mom got a refund and we left. *FYI I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino*

They... read more I ordered two caramel macchiatos, but both were mostly milk with only a hint of coffee and no caramel at all. I ended up paying $10 for just cups of milk. They clearly don’t know how to make it properly. I feel like I wasted my money, and I won’t be returning to this shop again.
