Andrea is the sweetest thing! I was waiting a few minutes for my beverage and so she started making conversation with me to kill the time. I had a rough so it really meant the world to me. She works so efficiently and is just such a friendly face. She’s always hustling and her work ethic deserves to be recognized.
Great Starbucks with tons of options. Super busy but very attentive and quick. Walking distance from the hackensack hospital which is super convenient.
Every once in a while you run into a special person who will brighten up your day. It comes at the most unexpected times. Today her name is Bonnie she is a Barista @Starbucks in Hackensack NJ on Essex Street.
I was doing a delivery and I went to the store and I asked them for my order, I showed them the code and I waited there for about 20 minutes. After a while I ask him again and they said that the order was already picked up. They couldn?t tell me beforeand they made me waste 20 minutes of my time, I understand that they are really busy sometimes they seem that they do not care
Visited some months ago and the staff was really friendly. Sophia was such a sweetheart and was kind enough to re-make my drink after I made a mistake while ordering. She had the cutest earrings and hair ever! My day was really brighten after she made me acute drawing with a note on my pastries.
