Wish we had not gone here. Sopa de bolas was room temperature, they got my son’s order wrong, and I had to go back near kitchen and tell them it was wrong. So while we ate, my son had to wait a long time. Plus his food was not even worth the wait. What a disaster. Wish we had not gone here. Sopa de bolas was room temperature, they got my son’s order wrong, and I had to go back near kitchen and tell them it was wrong. So while we ate, my son had to wait a long time. Plus his food was not even worth the wait. What a disaster. The worst part was the soup must have been siting there in room temperature, or just old, cause my mom got very sick in middle of night. NEVER AGAIN will spend money there, not even on a beverage. I called to speak to manger and a girl claiming to be Daniela (she probably gave a false name) said there is no manager, and said she will ask owner to call me. It has been over a week, and no call.
For a typical Ecuadorian food is a good place to enjoy it ?

30 minutes waiting to be attended to and nothing pathetic!
I was waiting for 30 minutes and no one even came close to offering the menu, the waitresses walked by as if they didn't even see you, they should improve
