Today, Sunday 10-15-2023 in the morning we ordered what they offered on the menu.As usual they provided us with drinks and it took 50 minutes for our food to ar... read more Today, Sunday 10-15-2023 in the morning we ordered what they offered on the menu.As usual they provided us with drinks and it took 50 minutes for our food to arrive at our table.It wasn't until we asked for our order that they took the trouble to serve us otherwise I don't know how much longer we would have waited.I would like to highlight that the place was not full and there were a few waitresses at that time.The food was good, the tostones and chifles are homemade, that is a point in the restaurant's favor.Food prices are highly inflated.What I don't like and it's not just about this restaurant but about all of them in general is that they already include the tip, sometimes it is more expensive than some dish on the menu.

I had to go back near the kitchen to inform them of the mistake, which meant my son had to wait a long time for his food. Unfortunately, it wasn't even worth the wait. To make matters worse, it seemed like the soup had been sitting out or was just old, because my mom got very sick in the middle of the night. We will never return, not even for a drink. I called to speak to the manager, and a girl who claimed to be named Daniela (likely a false name) said there wasn't a manager available and promised to have the owner call me. It's been over a week, and I still haven't received a call.
