Squid Sisig is my favorite. I call before going to Mama Finas. They have a lot of seats but if you go during peak lunch hour you will have to wait. I tell them our order ahead of time so we don’t have to wait. I took a picture of the menu so you can choose an order before calling. SARAP!! Java... read more Traditional pork sisig is super crispy, like a bit too much. Because the crispiness dominates, can't really taste the meat. But seasoning wise it is good. Java rice is a little tangy, so goes well with the sisig because the rice balance the sisig, but I don't like the bell pepper taste in it. The tapsilog is okay.
