Very Good Sisig. Squid Sisig is my favorite. I call before going to Mama Finas. They have a lot of seats but if you go during peak lunch hour you will have to wait. I tell them our order ahead of time so we don’t have to wait. I took a picture of the menu so you can choose an order before calling. SARAP!! Traditional pork sisig is super crispy, like a bit too much. Because the crispiness dominates, can't really taste the meat. But seasoning wise it is good. Java rice is a little tangy, so goes well with the sisig because the rice balance the sisig, but I don't like the bell pepper taste in it. The tapsilog is okay. I like the garlic rice, beef and egg are standard. Apple juice is okay. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sizzling Sisig

Chicken sisig; very good flavor; I like that you can order spicy, nice textures, but a bit pricey.. The roasted lechon cooked perfectly and the sauces were very complimentary,,but again pricey. The turon was a bit problematic; a few pieces were burnt, and no jackfruit. Some would argue not necessary, but that’s how mom used to make it Overall not a bad experience. If you’re looking for Filipino food, check them out, they’re ok in my book. Service: Delivery Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3

We used to go to the Fairlawn location, which was always tight. I felt like this location was more open. The ordering process is the same; you order at the cashier, but they still serve and bring you your food. The pork sisig was great, but the palabok was REALLY good. This is where I'll go when I'm craving good Filipino food! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Got spicy pork belly sisig with garlic rice. The food was good and savory. I enjoyed it very much. The lady who took the order for me (she seemed like the owner maybe? was super nice and patient with me. She recommended sisig for me and I thank her for the recommendation. She explained how to better enjoy the food as she handed the food to me. Would definitely return to try other food here Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pork Sisig with Garlic Rice
