My wife ordered our food at the kiosk, walked to the counter, and had to wait with no one there to assist us. Other customers also had to wait, and no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. Eventually, the person covering the front came out with our order and practically threw the flatware into our bag. Additionally, I received the wrong size drink and no dips. The 5-piece nuggets I ordered looked like remnants and scraps, lacking in chicken content compared to nuggets from other fast food chains such as McDonald's, Wendy's, or Chick-fil-A. I didn't find them worth the $4 price tag. Overall, the subpar service we received, coupled with the disappointing quality of the food, makes it unlikely that we will return, especially with so many other fast food options in the area.

I spoke to the manager, Alejandra, to address the issue, but she was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite showing her my receipt, she claimed that I did not pay for the extra corn and refused to correct the mistake. Frustrated by her attitude, I requested a refund and left the restaurant disappointed. KFC is my favorite place to eat, but this experience was ruined by Alejandra's behavior. I hope she does not treat others the same way, as everyone deserves to receive what they paid for. Instead of resolving the issue, she chose to argue with me, causing unnecessary conflict. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding this incident. Overall, the service was terrible.

If you're in the mood for chicken, Dave's Hot Chicken and Fluffies Hot Chicken are light years ahead of this old timey dump of a fast food restaurant.
