Very bad experience. I ordered a simple steak, which was over cooked. And my wife took a burger, which was over cooked as well. In fact, the waiter never asked us how cooked we wanted the meat to be. The bread tasted like the small bread you purchase at a cheap grocery store. And finally, the singer was much too loud. View all feedback.

Good food. Not crowded. Didn't know it was BYOB.
This place is really good! Our waiter Andres is very attentive and very polite. The overall appeal of the place is nice and intimate. It's not a loud restaurant and the decor is very nice. Definitely a family restaurant and good for date night. The food is also really good. I've been here twice and both time the steaks were cooked to our liking and the you get a large amount of food. The only thing to note is that this place is BYOB, so if you're looking for a place to sit and have drinks this place would be great, just make sure to bring your own wine bottle!
El Tango Grill in Hackensack closed its doors permanently two years ago. A new restaurant has since taken its place.
The food at this restaurant was excellent, and the ambiance was straightforward yet intimate. Our waiter, Charlie, was exceptional; he was attentive and brought us everything we needed without intruding on our space. We enjoyed a platter of assorted meats, all of which were simply prepared but absolutely delicious.
