**Dining Disappointment: A Mixed Bag Experience** Nestled in a corner of Hackensack, this restaurant offers an inviting ambiance but struggles with service and food quality. Patrons report a lack of basic operational standards, including unwelcoming greetings and delayed service. While some entrées impress, many meats are overcooked, and drinks are overpriced with questionable craftsmanship. Guests have expressed frustration over long wait times and mismanaged reservations, with lukewarm appetizers failing to redeem the experience. Despite occasional positive remarks about the atmosphere and DJ, the overall inconsistencies leave diners yearning for improvement before considering a return visit.
The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and the food is delicious. Our server, Val, provided outstanding service!
The ambience of the restaurant was good… How ever the food was HORRIBLE!!! I do not see myself returning to this establishment.
We were there on Jazz night which caused a higher than normal noise level, but the Jazz was outstanding.
Place was so hot…they had no AC on 100 degree day.
We planned a birthday luncheon for eight. There was a party and the music was so loud, there was no point in attempting any conversation. Though we asked the DJ and the manager to reduce the volume, it was never reduced to the point we could talk to the person sitting just across from you. We should have been advised of the party when we made the reservation not at the front door. We had a drink and left.
