The oodles are flat oodles, and they have a low- cooking chashu, and have originality, but the taste is very close to Jiro. If you like Jiro, I would like to eat ramen.

Finally got to try this garlic miso pork ramen! This was the small size at this ramen shop. I have never seen such large portions in Japan and this was only 750 yen. With handmade noodles! For the price and the size, this was a great shop. Soup flavor was good but nothing amazing! If you love garlic this is the place to go.

Amazing rams. Just great. I ate the Allot of Rammen, maybe 100 different places all over Japan. And this is in my Top 5. Miso, roasted pork, and raw pork served on the house made noodles and vegetables. Super rich broth, literal carvings of melting pig fat in broth. Then give you a lateral bowl of pork fat to dip noodles/meat/ vegetables. No English menu. Use the Kenbaiki (purchasing machine) to place your order, then sit and wait to be called. Extra parking is directly with the cosmos gas.

Really good rams! Flavorful and delicious. Proof that focusing on the basics is more important than to make it chic. If they ask if you want garlic, the answer is yes, and the small bowl extra fat on the side is a nice touch. I'll be back when I get back.
