It’s true that the flammkuchen is lighter than the pizza and it’s not a pizza. One of the reasons is the thin dough. In this case maybe to thin, and it gives you the feeling to be biting a cracker with stuff on top. That’s why it’s improvable. Anyway not bad and the all you can eat could be a good choice. I found this restaurant through TripAdvisor. Had to make a 20 km detour from my way, but it was worth it. Those flamms is something similar to pizza, but on much lighter base. The choice of adds and tastes is impressive. Prices vary between 7 and 9.20 eur. I took the option „eat whatever you want” for 14,90 eur.
