I also enjoyed the creative presentation of the cake with the coffee and tee. the wine pairing deserves special mention and it was really excellent. the explanation of the various weine was expansiw and interesting. we were very pleased that they were able to make some delicious cocktails for my friend who doesn't like wine. would recommend to everyone to pay a visit to this beautiful restaurant.

Straight from the beginning, we felt very welcomed. The service team was absolutely friendly and took good care of us through the whole evening. There are not many restaurants with a service like this. If you have the chance to eat in Olivijn I can highly recommend it the Michelin Star is more than deserved. So, thank you all again for the nice evening. If I ever make it to Haarlem again, I will be more than happy to be your guest again. All the best

With every perfectly, playfully composed plate that they brought me, I wondered how it could taste as good as it looked, but they achieved combinations that were both coherent and creative. Truly perfect.
