This restaurant is a real hidden gem in the heart of Haarlem. Food is delicious, wines excellently paired the location picturesque. Definitely recommended for any foodie looking for a combination of cozy location and fine dining. Will definitely come back!
All from cutlery and wine glasses to ambiente and service, wine and eating. each element played its roll in a wonderful evening. this is a restaurant where they want to take their time and enjoy every well thought-out bit, that is not fast food for the hats. a chef with passion and creativity that resonates during his craft. even the table oil. happy to have discovered this jewel, last night was a first but definitiw not the last. thank you.

A wonderful experience. a kerl does everything (but only the dishes). be not in a hurry. do not decide on the somewhat aloof outer of the owner/water/Koch. he's a great guy and a great cook. also, surprisingly, it is good to get them comfortably swallowed; big food, big wine, great atmosphere. I can't excite this place enough.
