Special shout out to the chef for making the five course surprise menu work for every member of our party, every time. The vegetarian and vegan options don't just feel like substitutions, but like well thought out and balanced dishes that stand on their own. We had a pregnant person in the party too, and the kitchen staff are obviously knowledgeable about what is safe to eat and what should be swapped. Really good!
