One day I passed by and saw scones on the window display.. i had to go in and try them.. such a treat! Then went back for a high tea. Friendly service, delicious tea and delicacies to spoil us in more than 2h of girlie time! View all feedback.
What Hannah K doesn't like about Bij Babette:
Cute, but very mediocre flavors. Liked that they had a variety of teas though. Ordered a white tea, and most of it was falling through the tea infuser and into the tea, which made it look messy. The carrot cake was not balanced well in flavors (very heavy on cinnamon), was a bit hard in texture, and not very tasty. View all feedback.
We had a nice high tea! There were various options and delicious options. The gluten-free bread served was okay, but not surprising. The Scones and the Desserts were delicious. Service was sloppy and inconspicuous.

An adorable little tea place, with lovely decoration, and a touch of houmor. I loved the names of some menu items such heal of a broken heart tea and boyfriend substitute cake. Both tea and cake were delicious and the service was friendly. However, the prices were high and be aware visa cards are not accepted.
Came across this little Tea store, Sadly for a Brit the Tea was far to weak, The Scone was warmed in the microwave that made it rubbery although the taste was good.Jam was fabulous. Quick Service. Maybe ask if scone warm or cold...Thank you will come next time for cake!
First of all, the scones were super delicious. But the service is way too inexperienced. While they are very friendly, everything takes quiet a while and we did not get exactly what we ordered. Overall however a nice Café.
