What Jean Toussaint doesn't like about Brasserie Hoagt:
Control is kind. The cook has to taste his dishes and tutors himself. The mussels with look were flavorless, just water with too much lime. The vegetables were thrown in. Stopped after 10 mussels with food. The tongue in maggot sauce, we believe it was stew. No wine or tomatoes in the sauce, and also the flesh didn't look like tongue and taste like bad quality stew.
