Rooftop Cafe - Ha Long

It says they serve the best burger in the city before the business, and I must admit that the burger went beyond my expectations! the service is also very professional. Five stars!

I was here a few times and I really enjoy it. here is what is great: food: I have often ordered the salat, and I must say it is probably the best salat I found in ha long. they have a good selection of herbal ingredients in salad, such as olives and sprouts. it's healthy. the balsamic dressur is delicious. I also ordered their pasta and enjoyed it. they are always able to meet my nutritional needs and I really appreciate that. service: large personal. they care very much about our needs and are always very friendly. they are polite and professional. they do not speak all English, but there is in the rule someone in front of location, which can be incredibly helpful (and necessary). atmosphere: very cozy and clean. comfortable chairs. good airflow and temperature inside. they also have a load that sells some health products that is a very cool idea. They have imported Yogi tea (a big brand) and emergen C packs for filling electrolytes and other health goods. Good place to get a mix of western and local food. they also take a credit card and do not charge any additional fee! the burger was great and tastes like homemade. the fries were spiced with salt after the frying rarely for se Asian farms! as western we know that they always after roast salt, but most restaurants in asia have not caught on this during preparation of the western food! we tried that, and we were wagging. the chicken was dry and tasteless and no syrup was served. we loved that they put a huge butter cube in the middle of the waffel! come here for the excellent burgers! server are not fluent in English, but do a good job!

Place looks fabulous, definitely wants to be a upper end class (pricewise anyway), BUT food is mediocre at best burgers very nice visually but painfully tasteless, onion rings also tasteless and size of motorbike wheels. The worst part, absolutely pathetic, incompetent and lazy staff. Not recommended.

They advertise “the best burgers in town” on a sign in front. I sit down to order burger and told it’s too cold to prepare burger. Left and turned their sign around. Never BS a westerner especially USA or Aussies on burgers. Went to Chichi HaLong restaurant nearby. Fantastic food and service there I rate 5 stars
