This restaurant is the best we have experienced in Malta so far. The waitress was confident, knowledgeable, and friendly, and made excellent recommendations for wine pairings, dessert choices, and portions. The food was absolutely amazing - the mushroom risotto was rich and bursting with flavor, and the pan-seared octopus was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. We finished off our meal with a traditional Maltese dessert. My only small complaint is that the starter sizes were not consistent - my partner's agnolotti was more like a typical starter portion, while my risotto was quite large. However, this is a minor issue, as the risotto was the best I have ever had. I only wish I had more room in my stomach to try more dishes, as everything we had was truly outstanding.
