What Ben B doesn't like about Lifestyle Superior MÁtra:
Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience this weekend at the Lifestyle Hotel. With no running water for half a day and intermittent power outages on top of this no apology or care given from the reception staff when requested. The restaurant food was also underwhelming and basic for a four star establishment. More care and better customer service would make this property a success but as it stands we will not... It was perfect. Every where the beautiful nature and next to the hotel a very good field too. The room was great too. I only can recommend and I really want to go again there... View all feedback.
