Orders could be placed at the counter, but unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English, and the supervisor was very arrogant. Hot drinks like coffee and tea were unavailable.

Employees are patient, e.g., in the case of a confusing order by us, although stress prevails, e.g., at 18/19. The Corona rules are followed, and thank God the garbage buckets are emptied. Everything in all circumstances is very good. Last time the Pommes were a little salty and lukewarm, but then I look over it, everything is very difficult with so much storm and then everyone can only be served one after the other.
