While some patrons appreciate the excellent coffee and variety of sandwiches that cater to dietary preferences, others have found aspects lacking, such as food quality and insufficient restroom facilities. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and an ideal location for outdoor dining. They offer a wide variety of sandwiches for lunch, accommodating all dietary preferences. The coffee is excellent and the restaurant seems to be a popular choice. I enjoyed two delicious sandwiches in the sunshine, overall it was a positive experience.

The coffee and cake were good. However, I ordered my hot chocolate without cream and marshmallows. When it came with them (and I'd unknowingly paid almost £5 for the privilege), I went up to the counter and politely asked for it to be changed. I was shocked at the grumpy reception. They brought me a new one, but did not refund me for the difference, even when I mentioned it. Couldn't help but feel disappointed and it really ruined the experience.

The service at this restaurant is top-notch. I requested a Lemon and Ginger tea, and even though they were out of stock, a staff member went above and beyond by offering me their own personal tea. The dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. Thank you.

Cosy little spot in Bala. Dog friendly, with dog biscuits at the counter and dogs allowed inside. Coffee was good quality, and the tea came in little teapots which is always nice. We had some teacakes and Welsh cakes which were a tasty snack too. Mixture of seating- some armchairs and some hard chairs, and they were doing lunch and pizzas I think. Has outdoor seating too.
