They are dog-friendly, offer reasonable prices, and have an incredible selection of coffee and cakes. The staff always greet you with a warm welcome and provide prompt, friendly service. I highly recommend it.

The staff is always friendly, the coffee is consistently superb, and we delight in the little biscuit that comes with our drink. The meals they serve are delicious, and we especially love their cakes. A bonus is that the cafe is dog-friendly, with our furry friend treated to a special treat and lots of love each time we visit. A must-visit for a friendly atmosphere, and they also have a section that is pet-free to cater to everyone. The craft shop is filled with lovely items as well. Overall, a wonderful find located opposite the castle in Caernarfon.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and well-informed about the menu. We enjoyed light lunches with coffee, rolls, quiches, or paninis accompanied by a small salad and shared dessert. The atmosphere was peaceful and away from the crowds, which added to the relaxing experience. We also visited the gift shop located behind the restaurant. Although there are no restrooms on site, public facilities are conveniently located nearby.

This is a cafe and shop and we had a nice chat with the chap serving at the counter and we ordered coffee and cake. Both were excellent with my partner saying its the best Americano she's had in ages. I would highly recommend this establishment.
