Belle Vue - Gwynedd

When we walked into the pub, it had a rugged feel with uncomfortable steel seating and a very basic, no-frills atmosphere. We felt like we were intruding.

Pub quiz question was: what flavour is blue candy floss... answer was 'blue raspberry ' they did not allow us to have 'rasberry '. Absolutely appalled. Will only come back bi weekly now instead of tri weekly. Furious

The atmosphere at this pub is fantastic – very plush and cozy. The beer was excellent and the staff were cheerful. I will definitely be returning.

I went to the pub on a Saturday night. The only way to order a drink is through the app, as there is no bar service. We ordered 2 pints of lager and waited over 30 minutes for them to arrive. While waiting, we noticed that 6 out of the 8 tables in the bar had no drinks in front of them because of the inefficient ordering system. It was a total disaster. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Very disappointed with the order, the chicken burgers were extremely dry, the pizza was burnt around the edges but not cooked elsewhere. The portion size for the cost of the chips was tiny and the chips were cold. Will not be ordering again.
