I walked in moments ago with my mask on property. A employee yelled at me from over 15 feet away, looking past 2 other workers, and said Sir, I 'm sorry you have to wear your mask properly in a snotty voice. I replied, it is on properly and she something under her breath. I said have a nice day and in a snotty condicending voice she replied Stay Safe . I then had a customer tell me in the parking lot, she was so rude! You did nothing wrong.
Always great customer service and tastey fresh food!
Dear Manager, Just left Subway because 1st, the cashier dropped half my Sandwich on the floor, picked it up and wrapped it. I questioned that it was unacceptable then she showed me her bleeding finger. I said you need to wrap that . That was enough! I couldn 't accept a dropped Sandwich with possibly her blood on it.
Good on the go
The employees are very nice but the manager seems to cause issues. I asked to have my sandwich a certain way and she refused to make it that way. The manager is extremely rude to customers and the other employees, I’m surprised she has not been fired or have her staff leave due to her actions.
