Who thought it was acceptable to serve this? A 40-minute round trip for such a disappointing experience? When we called to express our concerns, their response was, “I don't know what you want me to do; I can have him make you a new one.” There was no apology, no offer to refund our money—absolutely nothing! That was the only thing they had going for them, because the pizza itself was terrible. The crust is so thick that with our last pizza, there were only two bites of toppings per slice, and then an enormous hunk of crust! And it wasn’t even good crust—just a tough, flavorless chunk. Never again!

I received a free pizza from Well Done as a reward for being named Student of the Month for March 2021. I'm happy to say the pizza was excellent! Great job, everyone!
