Kaffeine Cafe - GWELUP

I typically do not write negative reviews, but I am disappointed that the owner did not follow up with me after I left my contact information. The restaurant advertised a 10% discount for first-time online orders, but I did not receive this offer even after entering the code. The cashier was unable to help me with a refund and promised that the owner would contact me, which did not happen. I brought this to the attention of a waitress, who apologized and offered me a free coffee on my next visit. While the food was good and the staff were friendly, it was frustrating that the discount was not honored. I felt that the staff were reluctant to inform the owner about the issue, and I only spent $31, so they could have easily refunded me $3 in cash.

I’m at this cafe every weekend and am a bit of a coffee snob so can vouch for their great coffee and good brand of almond milk Also delicious food and they have a dog friendly outdoor area! The staff have always been lovely.

This cafe forgot 4/6 things from my order!! This has happened twice now so will never be returning! Worst cafe I have ever experienced. Such a let down. Will be telling people not to go here. Don’t waste your time.

Mediocre coffee, served without a smile. However, much worse was the $10 salmon patti which was tasteless, hard and came without relish of any kind. Inedible and a waste of money.

Wow. We frequent this restaurant often, and the service is usually quite good. However, today the service was exceptional, prompting me to write this review. Our waitress, who referred to herself as "an older lady with a bun" (despite being younger than us), was fantastic. Despite our non-standard order, everything was executed flawlessly. The outdoor seating area had a lovely atmosphere, with a nice mix of clientele and a comfortable noise level. We feel lucky to have Kaffeine Cafe as our neighborhood spot.
