Cheap beer and the bartender was nice, which is why the extra star. However, they are cash only and have an on-site ATM that makes you do a balance inquiry(which it charges you for) before you can withdraw funds. Little advice: never select display on a balance inquiry in a bar. After getting my balance receipt, I then was able to withdraw funds, for a $2.50 fee.
