dumplings with shiitaké are not vegan unlike what the other comment and the map of the allergic says. Once ready to order, I am told that they contain eggs. we had a wonderful experience in the 25 quarter. we had mushroom dumplings and a ramen dish in sweet broth. the personal was friendly and the bartender is the best on the island that creates imaginative cocktails. they take care of the catering for vegans that it is easy to order. beautiful restaurant in the heart of the shopping district gustavia.
