Contribute FeedbackOverall, the restaurant seemed to have mixed reviews. Some patrons were disappointed with long wait times and poor service, even noting issues with the seating process. Others had positive experiences, with one complimenting the staff for their professionalism during a medical emergency. The food received mixed reviews as well, with some mentioning cold soup and food lacking seasoning, while others enjoyed a nice seafood lunch. Ultimately, the general consensus seems to be that while the service may be hit or miss, the food can be enjoyable if chosen wisely.
Thank you to your staff. We saved time by reserving in advance and our waitress was very helpful even though she was very busy.
Overall really poor experience with the food period. My server was good and really tried but i had cold soup that he had to re- heat times. Salad was served with brown edges on the lettuce which he re made. The food came out with no seasoning after we are for extra Cajun. The seaside trio came out cold and overall the dinner was disappointing. I did ask drew to have a manager come only to give praise for his effort and how hard he tried but even with that he had to say something to her twice which was a disappointment. After all that i waited to get my bill to see if there. Would be any consideration for our experience and it wasn’t which was a another disappointment. I wanted to pay my bill then let them know how poor i thought it was to see if the manager would do the right thing and they did not. So i paid my plus dollar bill and the company can have that but it won’t get anymore dollars due the lack of care. The manager didn’t even offer a dessert or to take my soup that had to be re-heated times off. I dont generally frequent red lobster and i will surely not frequent this one again. Overall poor service, food, and experience.
Although had priority seating, still waited an hour. The said the system was not syncing with their system. Food took another hour and was cold
For the price, lobster tail too small! Very casual (which is fine for families). Women bathroom gross! Toilets don't automatically flush, you have to push button. So many women were too lazy to push button, so I lost my appetite to enjoy my food! Ambience too dark.
The host/hostesses Had no idea how to seat people. They told us in accurate wait times, were rude, and could care less that we were waiting outside for an hour. We finally spoke with a manager and she got us seated.
