Portillo's Hot Dogs - Gurnee

This location has got to have the worst food I've ever had at any portillos restaurant. All three times I have come here, the food has been messed up in some way. I know how portillos food is supposed to taste as I've lived by 3 in my life, this place always drops the ball. My last order here was a piece of chocolate cake. They forgot to add my hotdog and I live in Wisconsin. I thought could trust them.... I guess not. Check your items before leaving

The fish, and roast beef sandwiches were cold! Had to go back for the pepper's and aus, they forgot! Had to wait for a beer. Low on staff! The best part was the chocolate cake! And the beer was cold!

Beautiful Sunday!, family dinner and my waiting time to pick up my food was only 20 minutes LOL, Portillo's got big and service got worse, need to find different place.

Too busy, smaller than other locations, server didn't call my order. Salads are bags as if to go, so it's confusing; my order sat for 10 min until I asked for it. I also ordered a soup and shake which never got made until I inquired about them on the other side.
