I placed a mobile pick-up order today, and it was completely wrong. When I got home and opened my sandwich, it had no chicken—just bacon. The sandwich I ordered is supposed to come with chicken. My chai latte was also missing the whipped cream that I specifically requested. And to top it off, my mac and cheese looked unappetizing and dirty on the top when I opened it. This is completely unacceptable. This place is pricey, and for them to get the order wrong and not pay attention to details is ridiculous. I would like a refund. I’ve attached pictures for reference.

I will never return to this Panera. They didn’t have strawberries or blueberries for the oatmeal, offered bananas, and I asked if they had apples since another location offered apples when this has happened , and they said no. I believe those things I took a picture of are apples. Just be honest. If you don’t want to cut the apples or give apples with the oatmeal, just say it. It seems very disorganized too.
