When I arrived to pick up my order, Ines came to my car to inform me that they didn’t have what I had ordered. I told her I was fine with whatever I had spent, and she surprised me by bringing a box of pastries that exceeded my original order. Her thoughtful gesture truly made my day. Thank you, Ines, for your excellent customer service!

The service was efficient, and they even provide a screen to check pickup wait times! The manager was friendly and attentive, especially during busy periods. The food presentations were impressive as well. The tomato soup served in a bread bowl was delicious, and the two Green Goddess salads we ordered were incredibly fresh. However, I deducted a star for the absence of green tea.

She greeted me with a smile, suggested to get what (because I wasn't there so long) and from I went with my sandwich, soup and bagel bag.... Unfortunately, I forgot a bag there and I called to see if they forget to give it to me. They gave it to me... I just left it on a table while waiting for my order. She sent me a voucher by e-mail for the next time. In all my years to go to Panera (or any restaurant), I have never met such a person who has offered to do something so sweet. Sometimes his smallest records of goodness - that makes an experience unforgettable.
