After finally placing my order, I waited even longer for my food. The person taking orders seemed preoccupied with many online orders. The dining area was uncomfortably cold, perhaps due to the air conditioning being on high. It appeared that they may have been short-staffed, as the other employees were standing around while one employee seemingly found amusement in the situation. I found this behavior to be childish.

I appreciate that they consistently have the dishes I want, unlike other Panda Express locations such as the one in Vernon Hills that often runs out of teriyaki chicken.
