What User doesn't like about Oberweis Ice Cream And Dairy Store:
We ordered an apple crisp sundae, but instead received a plain vanilla sundae with caramel. When we tried to speak to the staff about the issue, they reacted defensively, insisting that we were mistaken and calling us difficult. I got home and confirmed that we were indeed right. For $10, all we got was a vanilla sundae and a small drizzle of caramel. View all feedback.
Told the guy at the counter this was my first time in the store. He looked at me and walked away. I made selections from the pre-packaged case, I paid and included a tip. He bagged my items and handed them to me without even a thank you. I told him thanks and have a nice day and again he said nothing. It’s unlikely I will return to experience such underwhelming customer service.
Visiting from Ohio and my wife said she heard of this place as we drove by and I’m so happy she did. The ice cream is so creamy and awesome!

The manager and the staff were great and the ice should die. This was our first time here and will not be our last. We were at 7:00.
Always perfect ice cream. Nothing else compares. It's worth waiting and small extra costs. Single. Time.
