Noodles Company - Gurnee

Emily took my order and she did a perfect job. She was thoughtful and meticulous. I was incredibly impressed at the service offered at this location! Food was ready So quick, she said she would bring it to the car, but by the time we were done in thebathroom she was handing me the bag on my way out. Such a pleasant surprise. I always like to stop at this Noodles.

I've never seen a harder working group of people. Seeing how many orders they were juggling and how they were constantly moving and communicating, it was mind blowing. I give these guys so much credit for hustling so hard. They are a great team. Whoeverthe district manager is really needs to come to this location and recognize this crew.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant, thanks to the outstanding service from all the staff, especially Brian the manager and Jackie. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Overall, I would give it 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Each visit to this restaurant leaves something to be desired. During my most recent trip, I noticed dark mold on the bottoms of the broccoli stems.

We visited this restaurant today (5/13) at 7:15 PM, and despite some issues with the POS systems, we were able to place our order online without any problems. The manager checked in on us and was very friendly. The entire team was well-organized and quick! They were quite busy, yet they efficiently handled our order. We were really impressed. Great job, team!
