The employees were hard-working, attentive, and friendly, making my dining experience enjoyable from start to finish.The food was also delicious and fresh, just as I like it. I especially enjoyed their crispy fried chicken, which was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. Their sides were also top-notch, with the mashed potatoes and gravy being a standout.Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to KFC in Gurnee and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better service. This time paid over $50 for 16 tender meal, no sauce or gravy was in bag when I got home! Tenders and mashed potatoes were dry and very disappointing experience! I live over 15 minutes away so not worth going back and everything being cold.
