Johnny Rockets - Gurnee

$22 for a double burger and $8 for a large drink (no free refills by the way) with no straw or lid? The line took 30+ minutes and they only gave me four ketchup packets. Food tasted mediocre at best. Not worth the hassle

Was a great burger but it was landlocked in six flags wasn't planning to go there but I have a season pass so I went anyways.

This location, by the Eagle is not what you expect from this chain. Took us over 10 minutes for 2 milk shakes( recd 17:41). The Supervisor Shami and the order runner ignored us, standing there with our cups waiting to be filled. I went so far as to hold my cups up in the air so it was hard to miss we were waiting. The worst aspect was a girl that was coming off break tried to sneak past but came within ear shot, and we stopped her to fill out the order. She rushed through it, dropped the cups on the counter to run in the back, but we notified her she was missing the topping whipped cream and cherry... she leared at me, huffed, and then finished. Go to the location in Orleans because they care, unlike this one.... doesn't matter if they are slow or busy, service is terrible and not worth the wait or spending your money here.

Employee service is very great! Johnny Rockets employee Rozhaun W (Razh) was very friendly to my family and I. She helped us guide about rides in six flags! She was the nicest employee I have talked to.

Overpriced burgers that are discusting, bacon undercooked, also the staff was very unfriendly and wouldn't answer any of my questions
