if you're looking for portion sizes this is not the place to go. It's like eating bread with a tiny little bit of meat. I went three bites before I hit any meat. Delivery cannot follow delivery instructions even at max tip. Multiple times I will no longer order from this jimmy johns they are dead to me.

I visit here when I’m in Gurnee and need a tasty sandwich. They usually get my order correct and I have no complaints. The last time I was there an employee was extremely friendly and that made for a positive customer service experience.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich and you can customize it.
Prices have gone through the roof and the portions have gotten smaller. We are done with this chain.
