The burger was great, but this particular visit was not the best. The restaurant was not very busy during our early dinner. We had even ordered online in advance to avoid any delays. Unfortunately, the grilled mushrooms were undercooked. We waited a long time for our fries, which would have been delicious if they had been served along with the burgers or if we had been given the burgers to enjoy while we waited. Instead, they sat and became soggy while we waited. We should have received the burgers first and then the fries, but we were unsure how long the wait would be. We will still eat at Five Guys, but this experience was not up to their usual standards.

Had to check in with the staff three times before they finally pulled my food off the counter. It sat there cold for 45 minutes when all theyhad to do was hand it to me. Don't understand.
