I used to love this restaurant for their delicious croissants and hash browns, and their bagels were a hit with my family. Unfortunately, I can no longer say that because they have been closed for six months. I am lost without their pies - it feels like throwing tomatoes at a wall. View all feedback.
I want to thank drive-in server Kashih. In two weeks since my dad died, he's given me GREAT service was very generous, patient understanding! Thanks man!
This was the worst experience I have ever had at Dunkin'. I typically try to be understanding in most situations, but how do you manage to mess up an order from start to finish? First, I didn't receive the items I had ordered because they were out of certain things I wanted, which is understandable. However, what I don't understand is why there was still parchment paper from the cheese slices in my sandwich! Dunkin', you need to do better.
Isabel provided me with excellent service! She was not the only one, the entire team is wonderful!
The wait in the drive-thru was long despite the few customers present, and my cappuccino blast did not have any cappuccino in it.
The service was terrible. The staff at the drive-thru were extremely disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back here. No coffee is worth being treated in such a rude manner. Why are most Dunkin' Donuts employees so rude? I was given dirty looks just for requesting a PUP cup at the end of my order.
