I can't get enough of the best cinnamon rolls in the world!
This restaurant is always delicious and the staff are super friendly! When they first opened, I won this 8-inch cake and I was thrilled to pick it up yesterday. The raspberry white chip flavor was absolutely delicious!
I had multiple customer service issues at this restaurant. On my first visit, they forgot to give me my classic pecan caramel roll. The second time, I received the roll but it wasn't caramel flavored. When I went back for a third time to inform them of the mistake, the workers were unhelpful and even rude. Despite showing them the receipt which clearly stated caramel pecan, they were dismissive and added the toppings begrudgingly. I was so disappointed by the service that I only gave them a 1-star rating. This experience was a stark contrast to my usual favorite spot for cinnamon rolls.
