Super over priced! $20 for a large combo. The sandwich portion was ok but needs more cheese.The size fries in the $20 combo was too small. For $20, they need to up size the fries! The ketchup jar was out of ketchup. I understand they were closing but if you see a customer keep pumping the ketchup the jar and nothing come out, please refill it. View all feedback.
They literally only get a 4 because I think it's weird that they use cheese whiz for melted cheese on the subs but otherwise always made fresh nd good.
The older guy that works there is super rude, not sure if he is the manager. I ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak combo 2 days in the row, second day I come back he tries to charge me more. I tell him I want my fries large he says it’s only 1 size that comes with the combo, in addition I’m a mall employee and mall employees get 10% discount at food court, he says he works there 7 days a week and he doesn’t give discounts when he is on the register. The young lady working yesterday saw me in uniform and automatically gave me the discount. Yesterday I paid $13 and some change today he tried to charge me almost $17 for the exact same meal. I politely declined and walked off. That guy needs to be replaced he has no customer service skills whatsoever and a staring problem! I love Charlie’s Cheese Steaks some people are just bad for business and as long as he is there I will never go back!
First time here. Really liked the sandwich. Would definitely go back.
Very good food. One of the best fast food places in the Gurnee Mills mall.
Ordered a Philly. This sandwich was an abomination unto the Lord.
