I had a disappointing experience at the Colon Branch. The service was poor, and the food I received did not match what was listed on the menu. The complimentary water was just tap water, the juice was terrible, and despite the price of ₱399, there were no desserts available even though they were supposed to be included. I work nearby here and decided to dine together with my workmates. I sorry to say this but I got LBM after eating here and needed to 2 days of rest to come back to work, I dont know if its an isolated case since my friends were ok but its my worst experience in any resto. For the price of 299 the food tastes worse than a lot other carenderia food i have tasted. The food was not hot and some of the food like the rice smells like its been sitting out the whole day and is starting to turn sour. It should have been a hint that the restaurant was empty on a busy saturday night. The staff does not look welcoming at all and they looked very grumpy. Well the food taste is mediocre. Some promos are worth it if you're hungry, but the price of some juices that taste like water can be shocking, maybe 80 pesos additional to their promo of 299 pesos. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱200–400
The food was okay. 299 for a buffet sounds good not until you realise they charge 70php for the juice that is included in the buffet station, like come on 70php for eight o'clock orange juice. The signage drinks is not included is misleading since it was not part of their original menu board outside more like a small cutout then attached. Cant recommend..
Sharing my experience in this restaurant: Saw a rat roaming around as we are eating. Staff are like not on their mood. Not welcoming. Foods are not served hot.
