One of the better options for a good and affordable meal at Mactan airport. (Options range from Jollibee to Shakey’s to the overpriced ramen resto next door. Cafe Laguna is a very popular Cebuano restaurant specializing in Filipino food. However, this branch does not have the same full menu as their mall counterpart. This Café Laguna branch is spacious and chilly. I was the only customer when I visited so I got served fast. I ordered palabok and halo-halo. Food worker and cashier doesn’t look happy. Chef served me Bistek with old rotten cooked rice at the bottom while newly cooked rice on top. I’ve had to spit it out. Not worth my money. Never go here. Totally rude staffs and service is too sluggish. 30 minutes for arrozcaldo? Daig pa ang goto king. They will also charge u a hundred for having outside food. Kahit kayo lang namn ang natatanging customer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Food are affordable price and like you can just order like for only one person but absolutely I love it
Had our merienda here while we’re waiting for our plane more than 2 weeks ago. Their halo halo is surprisingly good, its creamy and refreshing. I highly recommend this. The service is a little slow, considering we only ordered three Halo Halo. Place smells like burnt cooking oil during our stay, either the exhaust system was not operating well or it was under designed, hope the store could address this as the scent sticks to clothes.
